Is my data secure?

How can I trust that the software is accurate and reliable?
The software shows calculations in real-time and previews changes before you make them. It's been thoroughly tested by hundreds of farms, including our co-founder Garrett's own microgreen operation where it's used daily.
I'm not tech savvy
We've built Microgreen Manager to be simple and intuitive. Most features are optional, and we provide tutorial videos and documentation. Plus, we are always available to answer questions and help you get started.
What if I have questions or need help?
We typically respond within minutes or hours through Facebook, Instagram, or email. Our customer support is one of our strongest features - you'll always get a real response from one of the co-founders who know the product inside and out.
What if there's a feature I want that you don't have?
