Running a microgreen farm is complicated enough without having to wrestle with makeshift tools
Excel, calendars, and notes apps are hard to use, impossible to share with your team, and a nightmare to update when orders change.
Without proper tracking, you risk not having the right amount of product ready when your customers need it.
Between seeding dates, harvest schedules, and varying tray counts - there's too much to keep in your head.
Enter your crops, blends, and orders - Microgreen Manager will show you how much you need to plant, when to plant, when to harvest, and everything in between
Create and update your crops according to your own growing parameters. Customize every detail of your crops—from grow time and yield to sowing density, grow steps, and packaging sizes. Your farm, your rules.
Create custom blends using your own crops. Microgreen Manager will handle the complex math.
Streamline your workflow with customizable recurring orders. Automate weekly order creation tailored to any weekly cadence, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Get the most relevant information in one place. Today's tasks, completed tasks, overdue tasks, upcoming orders, and other useful information.
Set up recurring orders once and let the system handle the rest. Need to skip a week or make last-minute changes? No problem - all related tasks automatically adjust.
Schedules and timelines don't have to be boring - Microgreen Manager has you covered.

You've got questions, we've got answers
The software shows calculations in real-time and previews changes before you make them. It's been thoroughly tested by hundreds of farms, including our co-founder Garrett's own microgreen operation where it's used daily.
We've built Microgreen Manager to be simple and intuitive. Most features are optional, and we provide tutorial videos and documentation. Plus, we are always available to answer questions and help you get started.
We typically respond within minutes or hours through Facebook, Instagram, or email. Our customer support is one of our strongest features - you'll always get a real response from one of the co-founders who know the product inside and out.
Microgreen Manager is built and run by Spencer and Garrett Corwin. We're independent and bootstrapped - no investors to tell us what to do or to push for price increases.
We're constantly improving the software based on farmer feedback. If you need a specific feature, let us know and we'll add it to our development roadmap.
We're working on translations beyond English. Please let us know what language you need, and we'll prioritize based on demand.
