Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is secure in our cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for any purpose other than to provide you with the software. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
How can I trust that the software is accurate and reliable?
The software shows calculations in real-time and previews changes before you make them. It's been thoroughly tested by hundreds of farms, including our co-founder Garrett's own microgreen operation where it's used daily.
I'm not tech savvy
We've built Microgreen Manager to be simple and intuitive. Most features are optional, and we provide tutorial videos and documentation. Plus, we are always available to answer questions and help you get started.
What if I have questions or need help?
We typically respond within minutes or hours through Facebook, Instagram, or email. Our customer support is one of our strongest features - you'll always get a real response from one of the co-founders who know the product inside and out.
What if there's a feature I want that you don't have?

When will Microgreen Manager be available in my language?
