How to Merge Customers

Merging customers is useful for when you have duplicate customers in Microgreen Manager that you want to merge into one customer, while also keeping all the orders and recurring orders together for the newly merged customer.

Go to a customer’s page and click the “Options” button dropdown. You will see an option to “Merge Customers”. Once you click that you will see a dialog with more options. Select the other customer that you want to merge. Then select which customer will be kept and which one will be deleted upon merge. The customer that is kept will retain all the customer info. All the orders and recurring orders that are attached to both customers will afterwards be attached to the kept customer. All the touchpoints will be kept from both customers.
