When creating a recurring order, you can decide to “Create Overdue Orders” or not. Overdue orders are instances of that recurring order that are too late to start based on the start date and today’s date. If you select to “Create Overdue Orders,” the software will create all tasks that should’ve happened in the past for orders due in the near future. If you select not to “Create Overdue Orders,” the software will only create “Child Orders” with enough time to grow between today and the first order date. If you submit the recurring order without creating the overdue orders, but you change your mind, you can fix this.

  1. After submitting the recurring order, go to that order’s profile page

  2. Click “Options” in the upper right corner

  3. Click “Create Overdue Orders”

  1. Select the overdue orders to create. Click “Submit”
