2. We can see three of the four existing child orders are in progress, which means they've been started

3. First, pausing a recurring order. Pausing is a good option when a regular customer wants to take a break for a season, but come back to the order later. If you pause an order, you can later resume it at any point. Click "Options" then "Pause"

4. You'll get a form telling you what will happen if you pause the recurring order. The three child orders that are in progress need to be kept or canceled. If you decide to cancel them, the plantings will go to surplus. The fourth child order that hasn't been started will be deleted

5. Next is deleting an order. Deleting is best when you know you've lost a customer for good. For example, when a restaurant client goes out of business. Click "Options" then "Delete"

6. You'll see a form similar to the one you see when you pause a recurring order. Decide which of the "In Progress" child orders you want to cancel. The plantings for the canceled orders will go to surplus. Any "Planned" orders will be deleted

7. Cloning is a way to replicate an existing order to create a new recurring order with similar parameters. Click "Options" then "Clone"

8. A form will appear with the same parameters as the original recurring order. Make any necessary changes for the new recurring order. Click "Submit" to create the new recurring order
