How Are Orders & Plantings Counted Towards Subscription Limits?
This article explains how Microgreen Manager counts orders, plantings, and related actions toward your plan limits. Understanding this prevents accidental overages.

Last updatedOrders are counted as the number of unique orders created in each calendar month. This includes orders created from recurring orders, called “Child Orders,” as well as one-off orders. The recurring order itself does not count towards the order limit. Plantings can be created from orders, recurring plantings, or manually. Plantings created from orders do not count towards the planting limit. Plantings only count when created outside of an order, either by a single planting or a recurring planting.

To see your current usage, visit the Account page and scroll to the section titled “Usage.” You’ll see your usage from last month, this month, and next month. Depending on when you check, not all plantings and orders for next month will exist in the system yet, especially if they come from recurring plantings and recurring orders. As a result, the usage for next month could be underreported
