2. Our summary page shows a few prior incidents. You can see the incident ID, the crop involved, the reason for loss, the trays lost, and the date of loss

3. Click "New Incident"

4. Select the crop involved in the incident

5. The dropdown will only include crops currently in production

6. Once you choose a crop, Microgreen Manager will show only the planting groups for that crop that are in production

7. Selecting the planting group involved in the incident

8. You can deduct the trays from production without marking it as an incident. It’s like they were never planted

9. Select the "Reason for Loss." There are defaults for the most common reasons

10. Enter how many trays you lost. This must be a whole number

11. Finally, decide what orders should lose that product. Surplus is usually the best place to start. You can enter partial trays for this section. Deciding how trays will reduce orders helps the software track the impact of loss on potential deficits

12. We'll fully reduce the surplus and take the rest from the one order. Lastly, add any notes

13. Click "Submit"

14. Select the incident ID to see more details

15. The software will provide more information, such as the yield loss, who reported it, and when it occurred
