How to Cancel One-Time Orders (In Progress & Planned)

This guide shows you how to cancel one-time orders. You'll see what happens if the order is planned versus in-progress.

1. Navigate to your orders dashboard. First, we'll show you what happens when you cancel an order that hasn't started yet

2. We can see the "Status" for this order is "Planned". Click "Options" then "Cancel Order"

3. You'll get a form telling you what will happen. Since the crops in this order hadn't been planted yet, the plantings will simply be deleted

4. Now let's look at a one-time order with a "Status" of "In Progress." This means at least one task for the order has been completed. Go to "Options" then click "Cancel Order"

5. This time the form tell us that broccoli will go to surplus instead of being deleted
