Last updated 1 day ago1. Navigate to your orders dashboard

2. Select an order ID

3. First, we'll talk about what happens when you edit the delivery date for an order that hasn't started. This means it's still "Planned"

4. Click "Options" then "Edit Delivery Date"

5. Today's date is June 24th, which is 25 days away from the current July 18th delivery date. The order is for broccoli, a 10-day crop, which means we have plenty of time. What happens if we change the delivery date to July 1st?

6. The software informs you of its response. The current planting hasn't started, so it will be deleted. The new planting you need for the July 1st delivery date is too late to plant. Microgreen Manager will create the planting, and it will appear as overdue in your dashboard

7. What if we change the delivery date to July 11th?

8. There's now enough time to grow the broccoli before the delivery date. Again, the original planting will be deleted because it was never started, and a new one will take its place

9. Click "Submit"

10. Let's look at another scenario. What if we edit the delivery date of an order that's "In Progress"?

11. Today's date is June 24th and the original delivery date is June 27th

12. Let's try changing the delivery date to July 4th

13. The original planting is in progress. This means it will result in a surplus instead of being deleted. July 4th is still too soon to start a new planting, which means it will be overdue. Microgreen Manager will create the planting nonetheless

14. What if we select July 18th?

15. Again, the current planting has started, which means it will go to surplus instead of being deleted. However, this time the new planting is not too late to start. Microgreen Manager will create the planting when it's needed
