1. For this example, we have a one-time order with an order date of June 27th. It's June 23rd today

2. The order has one product, arugula, with a 13 day grow time

3. If today is the 23rd and the order is due on the 27th, we don't have enough time to start today and grow a 13-day crop. Your order form has a button "Create Overdue Plantings." If you select this button, Microgreen Manager will create the tasks needed to grow the arugula to be ready on June 27th, despite it being too late. Under "Actions" it says "Create 7.27 Tray Planting

4. If you don't select the button, the "Action" reads "Nothing. Too Late To Start." Microgreen Manager knows you don't have enough time to grow the arugula for the order date. The software will not create any tasks as a result

5. For this example, we'll select to "Create Overdue Plantings" and then "Submit"

6. Let's look at the dashboard to see what happened. Click "Dashboard"

7. The software created the tasks needed to grow the arugula in time for the order. Two of these tasks should have already happened. Click "2 Overdue Tasks"

8. We can see the overdue tasks were for the "Plant and weighted germination" step on June 14th and the "Under lights" step on June 17th
